The Londoner in Leicester Square is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for 8 at The Londoner to join a premier, high-end dining team.

You will understand the menu, explain the dining concept to guests, and check allergens while delivering exceptional service. Excellent English and a passion for hospitality are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Read and explain the menu to guests, checking for allergens.

• Monitor satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints appropriately.
• Process payments following company procedures.
• Utilise IT systems such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros.

We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/ Waitress to join our exclusive Japanese Rooftop Bar and Restaurant - 8 At The Londoner.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the team in 8 at The Londoner as a Waiter/ess.
• You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
• You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
• You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
• You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
• You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
• As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

About You

• Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
• A Passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
