What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for expediting dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area professionally, paying attention to cleanliness of dishes, ensuring all equipment is well polished and ready for service, and preparing coffee and tea according to guests' preferences and standards.
• You will ensure dishes with special requirements are correctly expedited to the right table, thoroughly labelled, and notify the Senior Waiter and Head Waiter of any special dishes on the tray.
• You will complete morning mise-en-place and closing duties on time, possess extensive menu knowledge, and ensure our guests receive the best experience.
