We are now looking for fully flexible waiters for 16-hour flexi roles to join our teams and to bring our vision to life. This is your chance to be part of something truly spectacular. Join us in creating memorable experiences that will set the standard for luxury dining worldwide.

You will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About The Role

Our Front of House teams set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. Waiters and Waitresses across Harrods are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible. They know what it means to go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Take food and beverage orders in a professional manner, taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet manner
• Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure the customer is billed correctly.
• Set up and clear tables prior to, during, and after service, maintaining the highest standards.
• Ensure your station and the restaurant run smoothly while maintaining Harrods' high standards of quality, service, and productivity.

About You

You are an excellent communicator and customer service focused, enjoying greeting customers warmly, remaining attentive throughout their visit, and providing prompt, efficient service.

You are cool, calm, and collected even under pressure and able to think on your feet. You are reliable, work well in a team, and are a good listener who supports others.

You will also:

• Have comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu, allergens, and specials, and be able to answer guest queries knowledgeably and discreetly.
• Engage and interact comfortably with guests to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience.
• Pay good attention to detail, evident through floor mise-en-place, checklists, and stock levels.
