As a Fine Dining Assistant Waiter at Le Manoir aux QuatSaisons, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of restaurant services by supporting the senior team and ensuring our diners and guests receive excellent service during their time with us.

Please note this position is for a one-year fixed term, ending in June 2025.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Ensure the restaurant is appropriately set up and everything aligns with Le Manoir standards of excellence.
2. Provide excellent communication with your team, seniors, kitchen, and other departments.
3. Deliver personalized, instinctive, and understated service to uphold excellence in all we do.
4. Demonstrate promptness, anticipation, and organization to manage various aspects of each service.
5. Embrace feedback, seek the views of others, respect standards of excellence (LQA, AA, Forbes), and work towards improving scores.
6. Have a good understanding of all dishes and ingredients, gaining confidence in service.

• Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant (preferable but not necessary)
• Basic knowledge of food and drink
• Experience liaising with guests
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• High standards of personal presentation
