As a Waiter at KERB CornerCorner, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring our guests have an amazing time with top-notch service. You'll engage with guests, take orders, spread great vibes, and create unforgettable experiences. You'll work closely with our collaborative and people-centric management and supervisory team to keep everything running smoothly both in the front and back of house. What you'll be doing
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality table service with warmth and professionalism.
  • Work across different service areas, from event delivery to table service and customer engagement.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our spaces throughout service.
  • Support our sustainability practices.
  • Help shape the culture and vision of the venue.
  • Use systems like Lightspeed and Design My Night.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements — we’re always evolving.
What you'll bring to KERB
  • Previous experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality venue (restaurant, food hall, or event space).
  • A natural communicator who thrives on providing great guest experiences.
  • Comfortable on your feet, calm under pressure, and quick to adapt.
  • Detail-focused — from perfectly set tables to sparkling clean glassware.
  • A team player who understands that great service is built together.
  • A love for food culture and an appreciation for independent businesses.
Desired but not essential
  • Experience using Lightspeed (POS) and Design My Night or similar reservation systems.
  • Understanding of sustainability practices in hospitality.
  • Exposure to working across both bar and floor teams.
