Job summary

innocent Limited is hiring a Vulnerability Management Engineer on a contract basis to implement Qualys across the technology estate, establish visibility, and drive a mature vulnerability program. You will roll out agents across servers, endpoints and cloud environments, design scanning and remediation workflows, and deliver actionable dashboards to reduce risk.

You will work with security, infrastructure and cloud teams to embed vulnerability practices, strengthening asset coverage and risk

Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing and configuring Vulnerability Management Systems, including VMDR and Patch Management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering vulnerability management initiatives that reduce risk.
• Experience deploying security tooling across complex tech environments with moving parts.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability scoring, risk-based prioritisation and patch management.
• Confidence working across Windows, Linux and Microsoft Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Qualys across the business from setup to production readiness.
• Build visibility across the technology estate to map assets and exposures.
• Roll out agents across servers, endpoints and cloud environments to improve coverage.
• Design vulnerability scanning, prioritisation and remediation processes used by teams.
• Create dashboards and reporting to make risks understandable and actionable.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to improve patching and reduce exposure.
• Connect Qualys with enterprise platforms including service and asset management tools.
• Help teams adopt practical vulnerability management practices.
