Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Vulnerability Management SME for a 6-month contract with an ASAP start. The role combines remote work with approx. 20% onsite in Reading/Glasgow, focused on Qualys, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and PowerShell.

You will lead vulnerability management activities, coordinate remediation, and improve patch compliance while automating reporting and working with Security, Infrastructure, and EUC teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading vulnerability management programs and coordinating remediation efforts.
• Strong knowledge of patch management across Windows endpoints and management tooling.
• Automation and reporting experience using scripting (PowerShell) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritise vulnerabilities using Qualys.
• Drive remediation across endpoint and Microsoft environments.
• Improve patch compliance using Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Automate remediation and reporting through PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, and EUC teams to resolve vulnerabilities.
• Support compliance and security improvement initiatives.
