Starling is seeking a motivated Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our security team. You will enable remediation by triaging findings, prioritising risks, and guiding engineers to resolve issues within agreed timelines.

You will ensure assets within vulnerability management are scanned regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex findings into clear, actionable tasks. Hybrid working with weekly office days.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vulnerability Management Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to triage findings and translate into actionable tasks.
• Strong understanding of risk-based prioritisation and remediation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bridge security findings with engineering and product teams to create actionable remediation tasks.
• Prioritise vulnerabilities based on potential impact and exploitability.
• Coordinate with resolver groups to ensure timely remediation.
• Maintain and update vulnerability management processes and dashboards.
