Job summary

ServiceNow is expanding a global VIPR/VMDR capability and seeking a seasoned expert to lead vulnerability discovery, prioritization, and coordinated response across EMEA. You will architect vulnerability lifecycle processes, integrate exploit intelligence, and drive data-backed decisions.

You will automate scoring, dashboards, and reporting while partnering with Security, Cloud Infra, and Customer Success to reduce MTTR and improve risk posture.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, or security detection engineering.
• Deep expertise in CVSS, CWE/CVE, NVD, KEV, and EPSS frameworks.
• Hands-on with vulnerability and detection platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, ServiceNow VR, Centrix for VMDR).
• Automation scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs).
• RBVM and prioritization scoring experience.
• Cloud-native security, container scanning, and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional data storytelling skills for executive insights.
• Experience working independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vulnerability and detection lifecycle from discovery to remediation and reporting.
• Lead VIPR/VMDR function, integrating threat intel, exploit data, and asset context for decisions.
• Correlate internal telemetry with external feeds to assess exploitability and exposure.
• Operate and tune vulnerability and detection tools across hybrid customer environments.
• Automate vulnerability scoring, detection correlation, and reporting pipelines.
• Partner with Customer Success, Security Engineering, and Cloud Infra to track SLAs and MTTR.
• Build and publish risk dashboards and executive-facing reports.
• Develop the Armis VPM aligning exploit intel, CVSS/EPSS, and business criticality.
• Support penetration test remediation, red team findings, and audits.
• Publish weekly vulnerability intel reports and leadership briefings for APJ/APAC.
• Collaborate with Product Security to integrate data into platform insights.
• Deliver training sessions and enablement workshops for customers and engineers.
