Our client is leading the way in energy delivery and is looking to expand their talented security team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. OT Security & Vulnerability Management: Hands-on involvement in OT vulnerabilities, discovery, and security assessments.
  2. Test Lab Involvement: Contribute to the development of two security test labs for OT systems.
  3. Security Risk & Compliance: Work with security frameworks (NCSC, ISO standards, ICS security) and maintain compliance.
  4. Network & Workstation Security: Support OT security architecture, network security, and cyber resilience initiatives.
  5. Tool & Process Improvement: Identify and implement vulnerability tracking tools and work closely with engineers on daily checks and reporting.
  6. Reporting & Communication: Provide structured updates to the Information Security & Vulnerability Manager, ensuring clear progress tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Experience: 2+ years in OT security and vulnerability management.
  2. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with GIEC Enterprise Assessor, GIRA, TIA + Security+, CCNA, ICS security, SCADA.
Soft Skills:
  1. Self-managed and proactive, capable of planning ahead.
  2. Strong under pressure and not afraid to ask questions.
  3. Clear communicator—able to provide structured updates and engage with teams.
  4. Growth Mindset: Invested in the role and keen to develop within the company.
