Job summary

Citi is seeking a UX / Product Design Lead to own design quality across product areas. You will mentor designers, shape end-to-end experiences, and drive reusable patterns within our Design System.

You'll collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality assets and ensure accessibility. A hybrid work model is available, with emphasis on mentorship and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in UX Design with leadership across teams or products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale or consumer design.
• Proficient in professional design tools and design systems.
• Experience guiding and developing other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design quality across product areas and mentor designers.
• Create and oversee wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Design System.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering to shape solutions.
• Define reusable design patterns and contribute to the Design System evolution.
• Ensure accessibility and best practices across the user experience.
