The Stepstone Group is seeking an innovative and experienced VP of Technology who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our engineering delivery and operations for our Marketplace Enablement portfolio. This portfolio is where our engineers build the technology that matches talent and recruiters and deliver advanced search capabilities, based on the latest AI techniques available on the market. The role will therefore have a particular focus on advancing and scaling our AI capabilities. As a member of the executive team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and technological vision.
