VP Strategy & Operations-B2B HealthTech

We have partnered with a well-funded, rapidly growing B2B HealthTech company that is looking to hire a VP of Strategy and Operations to work closely with the Founder and CEO on a range of high-impact, business-critical initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partner with the CEO to define and drive the operations strategy.
  • Lead the operations team, optimising and enhancing processes to support business growth and ensuring all areas are stress tested for scalability.
  • Collaborate with teams across Commercial, Product, and Finance to enhance customer experience.
  • Address any operational challenges by developing and implementing technology-driven solutions.
  • Adopt a product and process-focused approach, leveraging data to refine workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Take a strategic and analytical approach by identifying business challenges, solving problems, and defining process scaling requirements.
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years experience. It's likely you have worked in a top-tier consulting firm or IB having and possess a strong analytical toolkit and first-rate stakeholder management skills.
  • Preference will be for those candidates who have already transitioned into a start-up or scale-up and have held an operational or strategic role in a scaling business. You'll know what good looks like and can bring this with you into this role.
  • First-rate leadership and management skills. You will be able to help grow and nurture talent across all levels.
  • You are used to developing and monitoring KPI's to help drive performance.
  • You must enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can and will change quickly.
  • You are comfortable with multi-tasking; there will be LOTS to do.
  • Ownership. We need to see a track record of managing projects from end to end and the impact they have had on a business.
