Job summary

Hims & Hers is building a global healthcare platform and seeks a VP of Strategic Operations to drive growth across the UK and Europe. You will lead a team responsible for strategy and operations behind new initiatives, including entering new markets, launching categories or partnerships, and standing up regulatory pathways.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, strategy, international expansion or related complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Head Strategic Operations across the UK and Europe, building capabilities to support new markets, categories, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Lead feasibility through design, build, launch and stabilization of new operational capabilities.
• Develop launch and operating plans spanning pharmacy, fulfillment, diagnostics, manufacturing, supply chain, and related ops.
• Determine use of global operating model vs local regulatory or partner needs.
• Collaborate with International leadership to assess feasibility, investment, and sequencing of growth opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional execution and establish clear ownership across teams.
• Manage relationships with strategic third-party pharmacies, labs, providers, and partners.
