Job summary

Hims & Hers is expanding its international Operations network and seeks a Regional HR Manager to act as the strategic People partner for UK Operations. You will work with regional and site leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and establish scalable People practices that enable rapid growth.

You will collaborate with UK People, Global Operations, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to solve business challenges and align with UK employment practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with Operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to scale People practices in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK Operations leaders to build organization, leadership capability, and People practices.
• Collaborate with UK People, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks and enable business outcomes.
• Coach leaders through performance, ER, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges.
• Identify risks early and help leaders make timely decisions.
• Establish scalable People practices aligned with UK law and local ways of working.
• Influence staffing, design, and workforce planning using data and priorities.
• Represent UK Operations within the broader People organization.
• Continuously improve how the People function supports UK Operations.
