Job summary

Pearse Partners Ltd in London is seeking a VP, Special Situations (Litigation Finance) to lead the European pipeline and own deal origination, structuring and execution. Qualifications

• Typically 8 to 12 years at a top tier platform: private credit (direct lending, opportunistic credit, special situations or capital solutions), mid-cap private equity, or restructuring
• Proven origination, with deals you sourced yourself
• Exceptional structuring skills and a generalist mindset across sectors and the capital structure
• Litigation-related deal experience is a big plus: litigation finance, claim monetisation, award enforcement or insolvency claims

VP, Special Situations (Litigation Finance) | London

We’re working with a founder-led, global special situations investor on a Vice President hire in London. The role will lead the build-out of its European pipeline.

The firm invests opportunistically across complex situations, using flexible capital to back differentiated opportunities across structures, asset types and jurisdictions. Legal assets are a growing focus for its European business.

The role
