Our client is a leader in storage software for enterprise. They are looking for an executive sales leader for a strategic position in sales to grow their business throughout EMEA. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional Sales Executive with a desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies. If you have experience in both large corporate and start-up environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this opportunity is for you!

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience managing at least 50 people in EMEA within a geographically distributed organization
  • Proven experience in direct and indirect (solutions) selling to enterprise customers in the storage software and hardware space
  • Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques with complex sales cycles involving CxO level
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a region to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with internal teams; ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including Executives and CxO
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, creative, out-of-the-box thinker with leadership qualities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills
  • A great team player with high integrity, honesty, and work ethic
  • Availability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of all Sales teams in EMEA
  • Build and execute business plans and sales strategies to meet/exceed quotas and objectives annually
  • Position the company's platform value against competitors to win business
  • Mentor sales team to become industry leaders, win new logos, and develop greenfield territories
  • Drive customer success and new business outcomes
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to shape sales strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
