Our client is a leader in storage software for enterprise. They are looking for an executive sales leader for a strategic position to grow their business throughout EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Sales Executive with a desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies. If you have experience in large corporate and start-up environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role is for you!

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience managing at least 50 people in a geographically distributed organization across EMEA
  • Proven success in direct and indirect (solutions) sales to enterprise customers in storage software and hardware
  • Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques, executing complex sales cycles with CxO level
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a region to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with internal teams; ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including Executives and CxO
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, creative thinker capable of inspiring others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills
  • High integrity, honesty, and work ethic; a team player
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
