THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to join a business with a well-defined and achievable growth plan. They can offer on-target earnings of £300k. You will also benefit from an extremely attractive share options scheme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies, from creating compelling pitch scripts to enhancing collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Define and implement long-term sales plans with a focus on market expansion, sales team scaling, and strategic resource prioritization.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, recruiting top-tier talent and laying the groundwork for sustainable revenue growth.
- Take an active role in closing major deals while simultaneously developing the sales infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on support to identify and resolve sales challenges early, improving team efficiency and performance.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
THE PERSON
- A strong track record of driving growth in companies scaling from circa £5M ARR to £50M ARR.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments, particularly within the media and entertainment industry.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance visionary thinking with hands-on execution.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and sales strategy development skills.
- Expertise in CRM systems and the sales tech stack.
- Experience selling into sectors such as advertising, marketing, or analytics within the media or CTV space.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
