We are seeking a Vice President of Product & Solutions for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London. In this senior leadership role, you will shape Liberty Blume's product portfolio to maximize customer value and drive business growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, foster innovation, and ensure solutions meet customer needs and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute product strategies, set visions and roadmaps, and optimize the portfolio to align with growth objectives.
2. Customer-Centric Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation, monitor industry trends, and incorporate customer insights into product development.
3. Product Excellence: Oversee end-to-end product development, manage budgets, and coordinate go-to-market strategies.

Requirements & Skills

• Extensive experience in product management, marketing, or business development.
