Lead Promon’s product strategy and execution,ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and security standards. Drive innovation, while maintaining Promon’s leadership in application security. Collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute a strategic roadmap, optimize product management processes, and mentor a high-performing team. Represent Promon as a thought leader in industry forums and customer engagements, shaping the future of secure software development.

Customer Focus & Innovation

• Champion customer needs, challenges, and feedback in product development.
• Engage with customers, market, and internal teams to drive innovation.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance product success.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and trend monitoring.
• Collaborate with CPTO to define and execute a strategic product roadmap.
• Translate priorities into clear initiatives that maximize development capacity.
• Work with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Establish and optimize product management processes and cross-functional workflows.
• Reinforce Promon’s leadership in application security and RASP.

Cybersecurity & Regulatory Expertise

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Apply best practices for high-security standards.
• Shape product strategies considering platform-specific challenges.
• Translate frameworks, certifications, and regulations into actionable improvements.

Leadership & Communication

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing product team, empowering them to reach the next level.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Articulate Promon’s vision clearly to internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Represent Promon at industry events, conferences, and key engagements.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and support analyst engagements.
• Report on progress, challenges, and investment needs.

Business Acumen

• Align product strategies with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
• Utilize SaaS expertise for data-driven decisions on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development for commercial alignment.
• Establish feedback loops to refine the product roadmap.
• Provide support for customer escalations when needed.
• Experience in senior product leadership and SaaS evangelist roles highly valued.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

Proven Track Record – Successfully built and scaled the product function multiple times, ideally in a top-tier cybersecurity company.

Strategic Execution – proven strategic experience in translating complex security and compliance requirements into impactful product innovations. Demonstrated success in developing and executing outcome-driven product roadmaps, leveraging market analysis, competitive research, and emerging technologies.

️ Cybersecurity Expertise – Proven experience in cybersecurity or SaaS, with a deep curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

Customer Focus & Innovation – You’ll have experience actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations—translating insights into product strategy and innovation. You will have played a key role in high-stakes customer conversations, influenced strategic sales by articulating value propositions and shaping product direction to align with evolving market demands. Your ability to connect deeply with customers and build trust will be critical in ensuring our products continue to lead in both relevance and impact.

People leadership Experience – Successfully empowered, lead, and mentored a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that drives success.

Evangelism & Strategic Communication – Compelling storyteller skills and a charismatic industry voice, with ability toengage stakeholders while championing Promon's vision andaligning product strategy with business growth.

Innovation & Emerging Tech– Proven experience indriving innovation, exploring new technologies (including AI), and challenging the status quo to create market-leading solutions.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, DORA, and the AI Act, with the ability to translate compliance needs into product improvements.
