Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Vice President, Platform Product Manager in Employee Experience to define and execute the strategy for core platform capabilities.

You will lead initiatives across shared services, AI enablement, developer experience, governance, and operational excellence, partnering with engineering, design, data, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable solutions that align with strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management with ownership of technology platforms, enterprise products, or large-scale digital capabilities.
• Strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery methods, and the software development life cycle.
• Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, design, data, and control organizations.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience balancing competing stakeholder priorities within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Experience with platform ecosystems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, or developer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Employee Experience platform capabilities, aligned with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Product Leadership: Own roadmaps, investment priorities, and outcomes across shared capabilities, services, and reusable components.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with product teams, engineering, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to identify platform needs.
• AI and Innovation Enablement: Drive adoption of AI-powered experiences, platform accelerators, automation frameworks, and developer tools.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use adoption data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure platform reliability, scalability, governance, risk management, and lifecycle planning.
• Team Leadership: Mentor product professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Executive Communication: Present strategy, roadmaps, and risks to senior leaders and stakeholders.
