Location: London (preference to candidates that would be open to relocating to Asia in the future).

Salary: Up to £300,000 total comp.

This is an opportunity to join a leading global investment firm with over $100 billion in assets under management (AUM). The firm is recognized for its long-term investment philosophy, commitment to sustainability, and partnerships with exceptional management teams. With nearly two decades of experience, the firm has a proven track record of identifying emerging trends, creating transformative value, and driving growth in high-quality businesses globally. This role offers the chance to contribute to a highly respected platform that invests across private equity, credit, and other asset classes, supporting its capital-raising and investor relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine marketing materials such as pitch books, PPMs, and other investor-focused documents.
  • Develop fund and investment performance reports, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Collaborate with fund management, capital raising, and portfolio management teams to deliver unified messaging.
  • Represent investor relations across the European region, serving as a key contact for private equity or credit products.
  • Translate complex financial data into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage junior colleagues, fostering a high-performing team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials, ideally complemented by a CFA, ACA/CA, or CPA qualification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations or placement agency within private equity.
  • Background in global asset management, investment banking, or equivalent environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across international teams.
  • Proven track record of developing impactful investor communication and storytelling strategies.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior talent.
