Job summary

Hybridge Recruitment is representing a global Investment Bank in London seeking an experienced Operational Risk Auditor. You will lead audits across front-office activities, own continuous monitoring for the lines of business, and validate regulatory and internal audit issues.

The role requires strong stakeholder relationships and coaching a small team. The ideal candidate operates at VP/SAM level with deep understanding of operational risks and regulatory requirements for front-office

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in internal audit or operational risk in a large financial institution.
• Proven track record leading audits across front-office activities (sales & trading).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and developing audit teams; leadership at VP/SAM level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational risk audits, predominantly across sales and trading as well as other areas of the business.
• Take responsibility for the continuous monitoring activities for line of business
• Undertake issue validation for both regulatory and audit issues.

Your profile

• Currently working in the internal audit or operational risk function of a major investment bank.
• Operating at VP or SAM or equivalent level.
• Good technical understanding of the key operational risks and controls and the regulatory environment for front office activities.
