Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a VP of Software Engineering to lead the execution and delivery of software initiatives across the engineering organisation. You will build high‑ performing teams, drive engineering excellence, and ensure products deliver measurable customer and business value.

You will lead multiple engineering teams, translate company objectives into priorities and roadmaps, and partner with Product, Design, Security and Customer Success to keep delivery aligned with strategy.
