Have you consistently landed large, multi-million-pound deals in a consulting or digital services environment?

I’m partnering with a global digital consulting powerhouse to find a VP of Sales who can spearhead growth across the London Market Insurance space. This is a high-impact, strategic role with direct influence over revenue, client relationships, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition within the London Insurance Market (Lloyd's, Syndicates, Brokers, etc.)
  • Sell digital transformation services and tailored consulting solutions to major insurance clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from strategy to close – often involving multi-year, multi-million-pound deals.
  • Develop and manage C-level relationships, building long-term value with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery and solution teams to ensure client success.

What You Bring

  • A solid track record of landing and growing large deals (£1m+) in a consulting or IT services environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the London Market Insurance ecosystem and key players.
  • A "hunter" mindset with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation, managing complex deal cycles.
