Our client, a fintech, is looking for a VP of Product. The VP of Product will be responsible for developing and executing the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in fintech, particularly in the B2B space, to drive innovation and ensure product-market fit. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to deliver world-class financial solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and drive the product and technology strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Establish clear vision and roadmaps for product development and technological advancements, ensuring they align with market demands and innovation trends.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing product teams. Cultivate a culture that encourages speed, innovation, growth, and excellence.
- Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and experiences.
- Implement best practices and processes for product management, software development, and project management.
- Ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of products and features.
What We’ll Expect From You:
- 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech (B2B focus preferred).
- Strong understanding of payments, digital banking, lending, or financial infrastructure solutions.
- Expertise in building data-driven products, especially those leveraging transaction data.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into innovative product solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
