Your new role

Join us as our VP of Product, B2C, becoming the key product partner for our B2C EVPs. You will leverage your extensive B2C market knowledge to define and execute a compelling product vision and strategy. This role involves translating complex market needs into clear problems for our product teams to solve, working closely with Product Directors to develop validated solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Define and own the B2C product vision and strategy, effectively communicating it to inspire and align teams.
• Set clear product goals and KPIs for the B2C market, translating them into actionable strategies.
• Lead the creation of customer-centric roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are evidence-based and impactful.
• Represent the voice of B2C product within the company, advocating for its needs and roadmap to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to innovate and enhance our B2C offerings.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
• Drive product-market fit by understanding B2C customer needs and key market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for successful go-to-market strategies, optimizing product positioning and messaging.
• Oversee strategic investments, developing business cases for new B2C initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Directors, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, collaboration, and innovation.
