VP of Growth and Strategy (Retail Tech – SAP Ecosystem)

Location: UK or Ireland (Remote-first, with some travel)

Following marquee wins with top-tier North American retailers, we are expanding our enterprise footprint across the U.S. and Canada. To support this growth, we are hiring a VP of Growth and Strategy to architect and execute a lean, high-impact growth plan focused on pipeline generation, brand presence, and strategic partnerships across North America.

Your Mission

You will be the commercial engine behind our international growth. Working directly with the CEO, you'll lead a focused growth agenda with the autonomy to shape and deliver results. This is a high-trust, hands-on role—though you won't inherit a large team, you will have a generous execution budget and access to SEO agencies, copywriters, and industry contacts.
