The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, no-fluff VP of Engineering with startup scaling experience (Seed to Series A+). You’ll set our technical vision, drive architecture, and lead by example—contributing directly in Golang and Python when needed while leading and shaping a high-performing team that builds robust, real-time AI systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
2. Ensure best practices in CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality.
3. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
4. Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
5. Code in Golang and Python as needed to directly contribute to critical projects.
6. Oversee development of real-time streaming and AI-powered systems.

What You Bring:

1. Extensive hands-on experience with Golang and Python in real-time streaming systems.
2. Experience in fields such as low-latency stream processing.
