Job summary
DAZN seeks a visionary VP Media Orchestration & Automation (Broadcast) to shape the future of its global broadcast and streaming capabilities. You will own strategy, architecture and delivery roadmaps for automation, AI and end-to-end media workflows across DAZN Group’s live sports operations.
Working across Broadcast Engineering, Operations, Product and Data, you will unify live and file-based workflows, replace legacy processes with API-driven, software-defined solutions, and drive measurable
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in broadcast engineering or media technology.
- Proven ability to define strategy and deliver large-scale automation programmes.
- Hands-on knowledge of SDI/IP, SMPTE ST 2110 and cloud video infra is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the global strategy and multi-year roadmap for broadcast automation and media orchestration.
- Design enterprise-scale orchestration architecture connecting ingest, playout, MAM/PAM and distribution.
- Lead modernization of legacy workflows with API-driven automation across live/file-based content.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML in media operations including QC, metadata enrichment and scheduling.
- Build resilient systems with telemetry, observability and incident management in live environments.
- Evaluate partners, manage vendor relationships and ensure measurable ROI.
- Lead transformation programmes from concept to deployment and optimization.
