  • Experienced in Silicon and PCBA and system level products.
  • NPI and volume manufacturing experience.
  • Degree level qualifications in Electronics, Physics or equivalent.

  • Develop and grow the teams to support delivery of the most innovative product in the AI market.
  • Set the direction for the top tier manufacturing partners in Asia.
  • Engage with the team in the technical management of Foundry partners and Contract Manufacturers.
  • Form strong relationships with internal teams: Silicon, Hardware and Software Engineering.
  • Develop understanding of software use cases & implications.
  • Establish strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Responsible for driving cost improvement.

We are looking to hire a VP of Manufacturing Operations who will be responsible for leading a team across Manufacturing technology, Product Test & Diagnostics, Quality and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will work across Manufacturing Operations to support and enable the teams, building credible relationships with technology partners as needed to create an efficient operation, and evaluate new technologies with the Silicon and Hardware design teams. You will help the business to build a robust product, driving quality and ensuring supply can meet demand, owning the Manufacturing Operations budget with a horizon of 3-5 years. You will be an active part of the senior management team and will be responsible for growing and developing the team.

Responsibilities
