VP - Lead Python Developer - Financial Services

You will join a global investment bank based in central London, utilizing both your Python and C++ skills. Working within the Front Office, you will help rebuild their trading architecture.

You will harness your creativity and help deliver high-quality technology solutions supporting multiple front office teams. You’ll lead the entire solution delivery lifecycle, in an agile environment, working on the development and delivery of in-house solutions within an evolving DevOps culture.

Required experience:

• Bring skills beyond pure software development, such as business analysis and requirements gathering, to delivery and risk management.
• Experience building and maintaining new and existing applications using Python, Java, Maven, Postgres, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS.
• Solid understanding of APIs and REST, data storage patterns, with some understanding of Unix/Linux and experience in shell scripting.
