Galaxy Digital is seeking a highly experienced IT Risk and Control Manager to lead IT risk governance for its London operations and ensure compliance with UK, EU, and US cybersecurity requirements. You will oversee third‑party ICT risk due diligence, align with global governance standards, and partner with Compliance on regulatory impacts.

The role requires 10+ years in risk/controls in financial services or crypto.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT risk, cybersecurity governance, or tech audit in finance or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU/US cybersecurity rules including MiCA, DORA, GDPR.
• Proven experience leading risk assessments and audits; familiarity with GRC tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT risk governance across UK operations and ensure policy alignment.
• Oversee regulatory compliance submissions and regulatory requests.
• Drive third‑party ICT risk assessments and due diligence.
• Maintain and improve IT/cyber policies and awareness programs.
