Job Title: VP- IT Business Lead Analyst- C13 (Hybrid), London

This role involves leading the development of next-generation customer-centric Credit Card Capabilities, supporting Business and Technology teams throughout all project phases. The analyst will also analyze Business performance and other metrics to inform business planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead concept sessions with business to understand and document high-level features and epics.
2. Translate features into system impacts and high-level design.
3. Transform legacy services into microservices and APIs.
4. Manage projects across multiple scrum teams.
5. Collaborate with Architects on system architecture and microservice design.
6. Create current and future process flows.
7. Define system scope, objectives, and enhancements during development phases.
8. Identify risks, impacts, and propose mitigation strategies.
9. Consult with business to determine system specifications and coordinate with management teams.
10. Evaluate new IT developments and recommend system improvements.
11. Perform in-depth analyses to develop solutions and influence decisions.
12. Ensure compliance and risk management, safeguarding company reputation and assets.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience.
• Experience with distributed design and development (Java/C++/C#).
• Experience with data repositories (Oracle/Mongo/DB2/VSAM).
• Knowledge of credit card processes (marketing, rewards, payments, acquisitions) is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (OpenShift, SpringBoot, AWS).
• Ability to apply design principles and patterns.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with all SDLC phases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; JIRA experience is a plus.
• Strong business analysis principles knowledge.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
