Reporting to the Investor Relations Head of French-speaking markets, Italy, and Spain, the regional head, the VP will seek to develop existing and new client relationships, enhance Pantheon’s brand and coverage across French-speaking Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Suisse Romande), and play a role in servicing existing clients. The role provides support across the team to ensure and further develop high-quality communication and contact with clients and prospects. It also includes responding to ad-hoc client requests, AML, and compliance checks, requiring regular contact with other Pantheon teams.
The role involves managing junior staff (Analyst and Associate level) in coordination with the regional head. It will also require close coordination with clients during fundraising and involvement in the closing process in collaboration with the client onboarding team. Depending on the complexity and size of clients, the individual should be able to service and support top-tier clients independently, with limited guidance, and tier 2-4 clients with minimal supervision.
The VP ensures the CRM is kept up-to-date, supported by the team. Additional responsibilities include organizing client events, such as seminars, workshops, and onsite due diligence sessions, supported by Pantheon’s marketing team. The individual will also work closely with the RFP team on client proposals.
