Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities, or private markets investing.
• Proven track record of leading investment execution across deals and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Leading origination of infrastructure investment opportunities and building GP/co-investment networks.
• Directing screening, due diligence, and market analysis with input from advisors and internal experts.
• Reviewing and stress-testing financial models (DCF, project finance, LBO).
• Preparing investment theses, downside cases, and risk analyses for committees.
• Leading transaction execution, closing, and negotiations.
• Monitoring co-investments and portfolio with quarterly reporting and KPI tracking.
