• Support closing of investments across the Pantheon infrastructure platform, including primary fund investments, secondary transactions (LP-led and GP-led), and co-investments.
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, including highly complex transactions and negotiation of legal documents with counterparties.
• Work cross-functionally with Pantheon's broader infrastructure team on deal execution.
