Mastercard’s Commercial and New Payment Flows privacy, AI & Data Responsibility team seeks a VP, Senior Managing Counsel to serve as the global privacy and AI legal lead for CNPF.

Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Privacy, Regulatory & Technology - CNPF, the role leads a global team of privacy counsel and is accountable for end-to-end privacy, data protection, and AI governance across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Qualified lawyer with strong privacy and data protection background.
• Demonstrated experience advising on AI governance and legal risk.
• Proven leadership of multi-jurisdictional legal teams.
• Strong track record in GDPR/UK GDPR and international data transfer regimes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global privacy counsel across multiple jurisdictions for CNPF.
• Define and execute privacy and AI legal strategy aligned with Mastercard programs.
• Advise on global privacy laws (GDPR/UK GDPR) and data transfers.
• Develop privacy, data protection and AI terms with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Represent CNPF in enterprise privacy and AI governance forums.
• Manage outside counsel within budget and align with risk appetite.
