Job summary

Goldman Sachs in the UK is seeking an experienced workforce management leader to manage workforce requirements and high-volume hiring for the Marcus by Goldman Sachs Delivery team globally. The role oversees resource planning to support growth across India, the UK and the US, ensuring scalable processes and an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience required
• 5–7 years of workforce resource planning experience, including predictive modeling
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing a team
• Experience in project management including process design, improvement, execution, and KPI reporting
• Experience meeting with and presenting to senior executives with strong executive presence

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans to meet growth demands
• Identify forecast and hiring process improvements
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Marketing and HR to ensure staffing aligns with growth plans
• Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on forecasting, resource plans and hiring
• Manage resource plan execution and address blockers with stakeholders
• Maintain system updates and staffing in line with resource plans
