Job summary

Marcus by Goldman Sachs is seeking a Delivery Workforce Planning and Hiring Process Manager, Vice President, based in Birmingham. You will lead high-volume staffing across India, the UK and the US, partnering with Delivery and Finance teams to forecast and source talent in a fast-paced digital banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing workforce resource plans.
• Experience leading teams and presenting to senior executives.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with multi-channel staffing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute short and long-term workforce plans to meet growth goals.
• Identify improvements to forecasting and hiring processes and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Marketing and HCM to align staffing with growth plans.
• Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on forecasting, resource plans and KPIs.
• Manage resource plan execution, identify blockers and optimize processes.
• Oversee system updates, roles opened and sourcing in line with resource plans.
