Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Vice President, Global Affiliate Marketing & Live Commerce to lead our worldwide affiliate and creator-led live commerce efforts. You will drive demand, optimize programs, and scale a technology stack across markets to approach $1B in attributed demand.

You will mentor cross‑functional teams, influence product decisions, and elevate top creators into long‑term brand partners while expanding creator-led commerce across major channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building affiliate/creator-led commerce into a revenue channel.
• Experience leading global affiliate and live commerce teams.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, promotions, and inventory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own global demand generation for affiliate and live commerce toward $1B in attributed demand.
• Lead regional/global affiliate teams and set operating models and standards.
• Develop creator communities, activation, and retention with clear metrics.
• Partner with Product to build scalable affiliate tech and tools.
• Scale live commerce with formats, programming, and production excellence.
