This position serves as the operational and analytical backbone of the CFO office, ensuring discipline, clarity, and execution across finance functions while enabling the CFO to focus on strategy, investor relations, and growth.

The ideal candidate is a structured, detail-oriented finance leader who brings deep operational expertise, comfort with multi-country consolidation, and a strategic mindset to help connect numbers with business actions. You will frequently interact with senior stakeholders, manage skip-level inputs across business units, and act as the CFO’s central point of coordination and insight.

Key Responsibilities

Group Finance Operations & Consolidation

  • Lead daily finance operations across regions including GL, AR/AP, treasury, compliance, and monthly close processes.
  • Drive timely and accurate financial consolidation across all entities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.

Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax filings, and internal control frameworks across jurisdictions

CFO Office Enablement & Executive Briefings

  • Provide daily updates to the Group CFO covering performance metrics, compliance exposures, project updates, and financial risks.
  • Track deliverables, decisions, and follow-ups across leadership forums and ensure timely execution across departments.
  • Coordinate skip-level engagement with business units to gather critical data and flag emerging issues.

Strategic Numbers Ownership & Project Tracking

  • Work closely with project sponsors and regional heads to ensure financial visibility across major investments, expansions, and cost programs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor project returns, budget adherence, and financial risk across strategic initiatives.
  • Provide proactive analytics and commentary that translate numbers into business insights.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Lead the group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating input from regional teams and department leads.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital updates.
  • Support scenario planning, cost optimization, and long-range forecasting for key strategic decisions.

Board & Investor Materials

  • Own preparation of board decks, investor packs, and strategic financial reports, ensuring narrative clarity, data accuracy, and visual consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and drive high-quality executive presentation standards.
  • Pre-brief the CFO ahead of board meetings with key metrics, reconciliations, and strategic talking points.

Tax, Compliance & Governance

  • Manage group-level tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border compliance obligations in coordination with external advisors.
  • Maintain compliance calendars, audit readiness, and internal reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure best-in-class financial governance and control structures are in place across all legal entities.

Finance Transformation & Process Excellence

  • Support automation, digitalization, and system enhancements across finance and reporting functions.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across entities to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Champion a data-led, technology-enabled mindset across the finance function.

  • Experience: 12-18 years in finance, with demonstrated experience in regional consolidation, financial operations, and strategic reporting
  • Hands-on experience in a group finance role managing cross-border teams and working with multi-entity financial structures
  • Strong foundation in accounting, compliance, controls, and financial modeling
  • Executive presence and maturity to engage with senior stakeholders while managing details at the ground level
