About this Role

Position: VP, Energized Services

Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Energized Services to oversee all field operations related to energized transmission projects and international electric power operations.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing technical standards and procedures
• Developing estimates for large or complex projects
• Creating strategies, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures for Energized Services
• Resolving complex work planning and project execution issues
• Maintaining relationships with clients and partners
• Ensuring procedural compliance across operations
• Managing project controls, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quality reviews
• Developing operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Setting objectives and identifying operational efficiencies
• Developing short-term and long-term plans with budgets and financial estimates
• Adhering to internal standards and policies
• Performing additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business
• 15+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of managerial experience
