Job summary
Rolls-Royce in London is seeking a VP Digital Services to scale an enterprise digital portfolio within RRPF. You will own P&L, pricing, and the commercial performance of digital software and services, while leading cross‑functional teams across global aviation programs.

Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
- Experience in digital services or software-based businesses.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations (EASA/FAA/ICAO).
Responsibilities
- Own P&L, pricing models, and commercial performance of digital software and services.
- Lead product, delivery, and customer-facing teams across multiple aviation programs.
- Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, MROs, lessors, and data providers.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations in digital solutions.
- Drive innovation roadmap including AI, automation, and data platform capabilities.
