    This role is based in Holborn, London (Will be moving to Victoria)

    Reporting to the SVP Digital Marketing the VP of Digital Experience (DX) and Operations will be a key member of the Digital Marketing (DM) Management team. This role leads, plans and coordinates the design and delivery of activity across Informa Festivals brands. This role also works across the brands to introduce best in class digital marketing practices to grow brands’ digital maturity and commercial outcomes . The role supports the Brands by providing data driven Digital Marketing Automation, digital Customer Experience focusing on Landing and website content pages, and co-ordination of Digital Marketing Operations process to activate digital marketing initiatives while putting the customer at the center of everything.

    The role will be primarily responsible for:

    Lead Digital email strategy and execution in alignment with our brands - Partnering with the Informa Festival brands to understand their goals and objectives, working with them to evolve briefs in the context of audience driven experiences and to provide execution subject matter leadership.

    Translate high-level strategic priorities and opportunities into structured projects with clear financials and action plans for key functions.

    Work with the DM Digital Analytics team to measure project success.

    Measure Digital Experience effectiveness and working with Paid Media and Digital Analytics test A/B testing across multiple marketing channels.

    Accountable for evolving brands approach to Account Based Marketing (ABM) and personalisation.

    Working closely with the other Heads in the Digital Marketing Team to continually improve processes on ensuring seamless delivery of DM initiatives including campaign planning tracking, audience selection and activation, email activity and execution.

    Working with the brands and performance teams to ensure quarterly review meetings are taking place to confirm goals recommend optimizations and discuss digital KPIs along with sharing case studies of successes in other brands within Informa Festivals

    Establish a governance to establish SLAs with relevant Execs and report on progress and progress in automating as many processes as possible to speed up delivery and remove bottlenecks

    Managing the Marketing Automation execution team and helping them to upskill the Marketing Operations team on our Marketing Technology stack.

    Manage a QA function to ensure that all campaigns are delivered with the highest quality

    Own customer segmentation for campaign execution and guide brands on data completeness, quality and data signals that can be used to improve campaign execution and customer experience.

    Act as the main coordination point for Marketing Operations within the brands to ensure continuous improvement of approach

    Manage a diverse MarTech stack and work with relevant project teams on any technology integration projects.

    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking

    You stay on top of new trends and innovations in Digital Marketing, Personalisation, Ai/Automation of tasks, Customer Experience and find ways to apply them to the projects.

    Confidence and communication skills to engage directly with the business stakeholders, and to explain your solutions to them in non-techie language.

    You can manage your own time effectively in a remote work environment.

    Management of Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations Digital Experience, CX, process improvement

    10+ years’ experience in Marketing

    Experience of project-management in large-scale organizations with digital mindset and/or consulting experience

    Experience of working closely with Digital Analytics team to define appropriate measurement frameworks and dashboards

    Marketo experiencerequired plus knowledge of other tools eg Eloqua

    Salesforce experience would be an advantage

    Proven track record of managing and influencing a group of diverse stakeholders at different levels of organization, internal and external collaboration

    Experience in A/B testing essential
