In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its capabilities in delivery leadership. We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery in the Digital business segment (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees operations of 700+ people, with a clear focus on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping the delivery strategy for the area, aligning with overall company strategy, and driving business growth.

The role involves working closely with the Leadership Team to develop delivery strategies, supervising a large engineering organization, managing performance and finances, contributing to sales and presales efforts, and fostering account growth. The VP will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery Organization:

• Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Explore and adopt new technologies and tools to foster innovation
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams

Partner with Key Clients and Support Business Development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery
• Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support
• Work with sales and marketing teams on segment strategies

Stay at the Forefront of Technology Innovation:

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application in solutions and services
• Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with business goals
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in software engineering and technology

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a large, well-established company (3000+ employees)
• Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people with proven results
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile expertise
• Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices; experience as a solution architect is a plus
• Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
• Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills
• Strategic planning and execution experience
• Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Comprehensive understanding of large IT outsourcing organizations (governance, processes, structure, finances)
• Experience with business development, sales, and presales management
• Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility for large services organizations
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related; MBA or similar is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
