Job summary

The position is based in central London, offering high-level advisory across regulatory and commercial domains, with responsibility for coordinating cross-border governance and regulatory responses within the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with focus on data privacy and technology
• Experience advising on GDPR, cyber security, AI and digital regulatory matters
• In-house financial services or private practice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on Data Privacy, GDPR and data protection compliance
• Advise on Technology, Outsourcing, vendor arrangements and regulatory matters
• Counsel on AI, digital innovations and emerging technologies
• Support business and technology change projects with risk-based advice
• Address Cybersecurity, incident response and governance matters
• Advise across UK and EMEA regions, including DORA compliance
• Review commercial contracts and third-party governance
