Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Delivery Lead for EMEA to guide end-to-end capital-intensive data center projects across multiple campuses. You will drive strategy, governance, and operational excellence, coordinating with Design, Product, Finance, Sales, and executive teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will build and lead a regional delivery team, implement scalable processes, and ensure risk and safety are embedded in every phase. Travel 30–50% across markets is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale, capital-intensive construction programs.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles, overseeing multi-site portfolios.
• Extensive data center infrastructure delivery experience with CSA/MEP focus.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including CAPEX planning and risk allocation.
• Executive presence with ability to influence LT and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EMEA delivery strategy across all campuses through pre-construction to turnover.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional delivery team of Ada and contract staff.
• Establish governance, controls, and reporting to enable scalable execution across markets.
• Ensure adherence to Ada design standards, delivery methods, and risk management frameworks.
• Manage regional CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controls.
• Provide executive-level portfolio reporting on status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Oversee vendor strategies, MSAs, GPAs, SOWs, and contractor qualification.
• Drive constructability and schedule integrity with CSA and MEP teams.
• Identify risks and mitigate schedule, supply chain, and labor constraints.
• Collaborate with Development/Design/Project Controls to optimize costs and explore modular delivery.
• Champion a proactive safety culture across all sites.
• Partner with EHS/ESG to align delivery with sustainability commitments.
• Interface with customers, hyperscalers, and partners; support sales in proposals and commitments.
• Utilize delivery systems (Procore, Primavera P6) as truth sources across the region.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across global delivery leaders.
