Dartmouth Partners is seeking a VP, Data & AI to drive AI-enabled value creation across an international portfolio of B2B and professional services businesses. You will lead AI initiatives, partner with portfolio leaders, and scale AI from experiments to measurable business impact.

The role requires strong credibility across AI, data, and modern tech environments, with ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate across multiple businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, data, digital transformation or value creation initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs and boards.

Responsabilités

• Identify and execute AI-enabled value creation initiatives across PE-backed businesses.
• Partner with CEOs/CTOs to accelerate AI adoption and opportunities.
• Drive scalable, ROI-driven AI outcomes across portfolios.
• Advise on Data & AI strategy and governance across investments.
• Share best practices and drive cross-portfolio value creation.
• Manage external implementation partners to ensure delivery quality.
• Support internal AI agenda and broader technology initiatives.
